You can permanently delete your Make My Health account and all associated personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed. This page fulfils your right to erasure under GDPR and similar data protection laws, and meets Google Play and Apple App Store account-deletion requirements.

To protect your data, we'll first verify it's really you by sending a one-time verification code to the email or phone number on your account. Once verified, deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period.

Deleting your account removes profile details, program progress, uploaded health documents tied to your account, and messaging history we store for coaching. If you only need a pause, you can stop using the app or contact support before requesting deletion.
