Welcome to Make My Health, a product of NEOLEN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Make My Health provides health and wellness services, including but not limited to AI-powered health tracking, physiotherapist-guided exercise, and chronic pain management programs. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Medical disclaimer

Make My Health is not a medical organization. The information provided by our AI assistant, website, and staff is not intended to replace the relationship between you and your physician or other medical provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Payment and refunds

Certain services may require payment. All payments are securely processed. Refund policies are specific to the plan purchased and are detailed in our Refund Policy page.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are the exclusive property of Make My Health and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Age

You must be 18 or older. The app asks for your date of birth before health features are available.

10. Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions outside India are billed by Apple or Google in your local currency. Cancel in the store that billed you. Doctor-led programs and Razorpay checkout are available in India only. We do not add a store free trial; any trial is granted in our database.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a consumer protection law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.

12. Not a medical device

The app provides wellness education and tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. AI replies are labeled as AI. Get emergency help from local services, not from the app.
